🎯 How to Access Users’ Onboarding Journey

1. Navigate to Management Menu:
– Go to your sidebar menu
– Click on “Management” section
– Select “Users’ Onboarding” (located after Manage Members)

2. Explore the Dashboard:
– New Registrations Tab: View and filter all new user registrations
–  Email Templates Tab:  Customize your 7-day email sequence
– Admin Settings Tab: Configure admin email recipients for daily reports

3. Customize Email Templates:
– Click on any  Day X Email card to edit
– Modify the subject and body content
– Use placeholders for personalization: [username], [email], [firstname], [lastname], [phone], [site], [date]
– Toggle templates ON/OFF as needed
– Save your changes

4. Set Up Admin Email Recipients:
– Go to Admin Settings  tab
– Add email addresses that should receive daily registration reports
– The default admin is automatically included

– Use the advanced filters to find specific user groups
– Export registration data for analysis
– Review daily reports in your email inbox
