How to Submit a Support Ticket

Log in to your Autobiz.app account

Scroll down and click “Manage Ticket.”

Select “Create Ticket

Fill in the required details:

Title: A short summary of the issue or service affected

Description: A clear and detailed explanation of the issue, including any vendor response or website challenge you’re experiencing

Add Image (optional but recommended): Upload a screenshot or image related to the issue

Click Submit
Once submitted, our support team will review your request immediately and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
