We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature—Recurring Transactions—designed to help both administrators and users automate their vending activities with ease.
With this feature, you no longer need to visit the website every time you want to vend a service. Instead, you can schedule transactions to run automatically at your preferred intervals. This significantly reduces manual effort and saves time, especially for users and organizations that handle frequent or recurring transactions.
The Recurring Transactions feature is ideal for:
- Individual users who want convenience and consistency
- Administrators managing multiple services
- Corporate organizations with regular, scheduled transactions
Once scheduled, services will be delivered automatically based on the date and time you set—no further action required.
🔄 How to Set Up a Recurring Transaction
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Sidebar Menu and click on Services.
- Select Buy Airtime.
- From the Purchase Airtime page:
- Choose your preferred network
- Enter the phone number
- Enter the amount
- Scroll down and select Schedule Recurring Transaction.
- Choose your Schedule Type.
- Set the Start Date and Time.
- Set the End Date and Time.
- Click Schedule to confirm.
Once scheduled, a confirmation message will appear indicating that your recurring transaction has been successfully created.
📊 Managing Your Recurring Transactions
- Navigate to Recurring Transactions (Recurring TXNs).
- Here, you can view all scheduled transactions.
- You can track, pause, or delete any recurring transaction as needed.
