We’ve heard your feedback about receiving too many email notifications, and we’re excited to introduce a solution that puts you in complete control. Today, we’re launching  Email Notification Settings  a powerful new feature that allows you to customize exactly which email notifications you want to receive.

🎯 What This Means for You

As a platform administrator, you receive various email notifications about your account’s activity – from security alerts to performance reports. While these notifications are important, we understand that not everyone needs to receive every single alert.

With Email Notification Settings, you can now
– Toggle ON/OFF any notification type you want
–  Reduce email volume by disabling notifications you don’t need
– Stay informed about only the alerts that matter most to you
–  Change settings anytime from your Profile Settings page

📋 Available Notification Categories

🛡️ Security Notifications
– Funding Review Alerts: Get notified when unusual wallet funding is flagged for review
– Transaction Blocker Alerts:  Receive alerts when phone numbers are automatically blocked due to suspicious activity

Why This Matters:
These notifications help you stay on top of security issues and take immediate action when needed. If you have a dedicated security team or prefer to check your dashboard manually, you can disable these to reduce inbox clutter.

📊 VendSight360™ Notifications
– Suspicious Transaction Alerts: Daily consolidated report of suspicious transaction patterns (Rapid Duplicate, Velocity Abuse, High Value, etc.)
–  VendSight Weekly Performance Report: Comprehensive weekly performance summary with metrics and insights
– VendSight Spending Alerts:  Alerts for users with significant spending changes

Why This Matters:
VendSight360™ provides valuable insights into your platform’s performance and security. These notifications keep you informed about trends and anomalies. However, if you prefer to review this data on-demand from your dashboard, you can disable these emails.

Note: These notifications are only available if you have the VendSight360™ paid feature enabled.

🌐 Network & System Alerts
– Network Circuit Breaker Alerts: Notifications when vending circuit breaker is opened due to high failure rates
–  Network Health Alerts:  Notifications for network health issues and high failure rates

Why This Matters:
These alerts help you respond quickly to network issues that could affect your users’ experience. If you have automated monitoring systems or prefer to check network status manually, you can disable these notifications.

💰 Financial Reports
– Monthly Balance Reports: Monthly balance summary reports
– Wallet Balance Monitor: Low wallet balance alerts
– API Balance Monitor: Low API balance alerts

Why This Matters:
Financial reports help you track your account’s financial health and ensure you have sufficient balance for operations. These are especially useful for finance teams, but you can disable them if you prefer to check balances manually.

Note: These notifications are only available if you have the corresponding paid features enabled.

🔄 Transaction Notifications
– Recurring Transaction Notifications: Notifications for recurring transaction processing

Why This Matters:
Stay informed about automated recurring transactions on your platform. If you don’t use recurring transactions or prefer to review them from your dashboard, you can disable these notifications.

Note: This notification is only available if you have the Recurring Transactions paid feature enabled.
